Bianca is a residential townhouse community developed by Reportage Properties in Dubai Land, strategically located near Sheikh Zayed Bin Hamdan Al Nahyan Street.
The project comprises 653 contemporary townhouse units designed with modern architecture and spacious interiors to meet the needs of families. The unit mix includes:
- 507 two-bedroom townhouses
- 56 three-bedroom townhouses
- 90 four-bedroom townhouses, featuring a private internal elevator

- Entrance and Bathroom Thresholds: Black Absolute Granite
Through these works, we contributed to enhancing the project’s aesthetic appeal while ensuring durability, quality, and a premium finish that complements the development’s modern residential character.
